Notes:

Text is unchanged from the 1921 first printing. The binding of this printing is unusual in several ways. Most noticeably, the Kalki logo is missing from the front cover. In addition, the cloth, while still BAL type B, is a slightly different shade than usual. All edges are trimmed, where most Kalkis have the top edge only trimmed. This makes the binding slightly shorter than usual. Finally, this binding has a rounded back, unusual for a 20th century American binding, and different from the usual Kalki.
