This copy is numbered "1". The Silver Stallion, however, has seen another copy, much more elaborately inscribed and decorated, also numbered "1". Small private printers sometimes do this sort of thing.

Notes:

Hall states that the copies were signed by Johnson, but copies have been noted that were unsigned, signed by Johnson alone, signed by both Johnson and Cabell, and occasionally by Frank Shay as well.
